By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to both you individually and the organization.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Revori is a financial intelligence and production analysis platform designed for insurance brokerages. The Service provides tools for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing revenue performance, production metrics, and operational workflows. Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Revenue tracking dashboards and analytics
• Production performance analysis and reporting
• Agent and team performance benchmarking
• Automated data ingestion from carrier and management systems
• Custom reporting and data visualization tools
• API integrations with third-party platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to the Service.

To access the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination of your account, we will make your Customer Data available for export for a period of thirty (30) days, after which it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Tech Innovations Hub LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Sublicense, lease, or transfer your rights to any third party

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.

All fees are quoted in United States dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies associated with your subscription.

We reserve the right to modify pricing upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated fees. If you do not agree to the revised pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service. We may use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for errors or issues arising from such services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Innovations Hub LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account management features within the Service. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or legal process
• We discontinue the Service or any material portion thereof

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.
