By the book.

Standardized reports and freeform analysis, built on all the data tables your AMS holds.

Connect by API or upload CSVs, whichever your IT team prefers. Nothing changes inside your AMS.

What is Revori?

Insurance brokers run on data, and the answers that matter most sit buried under millions of transactions in systems that were never built to surface them.

Revori keeps a living record of that data. Every transaction is retained rather than summarized away, and organized into the views your finance team works from. Questions get answered by an agent purpose-built for this industry, running on deterministic logic, so the same question returns the same number every time.

Standardized reporting, built once to your definitions, cuts days out of your close. Analysis that used to mean stitching spreadsheets together becomes a single question. Your team spends its time deciding what to do about the numbers instead of assembling them.

Where Revori fits.

We don't replace your AMS, your GL, or your FP&A platform. We sit in the handoff between them and keep what it drops.

Production and book of business data moves from your AMS into Revori by export or API. Revori automates the journal entries for production revenue, premiums payable, cancellation, allowance for cancellation, deferred revenue and previously deferred recognized, and runs accrual modeling and reconciliation. Journal entries flow into your GL. From there your FP&A platform works from account totals, while Revori analytics and reporting works directly from the underlying AMS data tables, preserving transaction-level detail in a single historical record.

Your AMS records each transaction as it's reported, tied to the policy and the date it was written. Your GL receives those transactions as aggregated totals, and the timing dies in the aggregation; once a month is one number, the relationship between when business was written and when it reported is gone. FP&A tools inherit that summary.

Revori keeps both dimensions. Written business connects forward to the cash that reported against it, and back to the estimates still sitting in your book, with every transaction tagged by carrier, producer, agency, and line of business as it lands.

Modeled for this industry specifically, and running alongside the stack you already own.

From raw data to clear answers.

/ 01 Ingest

Data lands from every agency and every system you run, by API or by upload.

/ 02 Normalize

Different systems name the same field five different ways. Revori resolves them into one set of definitions.

/ 03 Structure

Every transaction keeps its dimensions and both of its dates, when it was written and when it reported, in a single historical record.

/ 04 Answer

Standardized reports generate on command. Anything they don't cover, you ask the agents directly.

Three modules. One structure underneath.

Production

See how every dimension of production has moved over time.

  • Every dimension the transactions hold: carrier, producer, agency, line of business, effective date
  • Written business tracked against what subsequently reported, period by period
  • Every prior month kept at historical record, so a comparison is never reconstructed

Book of Business

Revori ties your book back to what production reported, policy by policy.

  • Month-over-month snapshot comparison
  • Policy-level book-to-production matching
  • Realized commission rate and retention analysis

M&A

Every acquisition you have already closed, measured against what it was supposed to do.

  • Acquired books analyzed against the model that justified the deal
  • Performance tracked across every historical acquisition, not just the recent ones
  • Earnout metrics that hold up when someone asks how they were built

Contextualized internal reporting your team doesn't have to build.

/ 01
LOB performance Commercial lines against benefits, revenue and policy count side by side, for whatever period you name.
/ 02
Producer growth New business and retention per producer, ranked against their own prior year. A book that looks flat is often replacing churn.
/ 03
Carrier mix Where your premium sits by carrier, and how that concentration moved over the last eight quarters.
/ 04
Accrual reconciliation What you accrued against what the carrier subsequently reported, per carrier and period, with the variance broken out.
/ 05
Journal entry package Revenue, deferred revenue, cancellations, and premiums payable, formatted for direct GL import.
/ 06
Anomalous trends Anything in this month's production that breaks from its own historical pattern, with the transactions behind it.
/ 07
Post-acquisition cohorts Each acquired book against the model that justified the deal: written premium, retention, realized revenue.

Each report is defined once and generated on command, so running it eighteen months from now returns the same structure.
Exports to PDF, Excel, or CSV.

Ask Revori.

The agents sit between your team and the structured data, and they translate. There is one for each module, plus a consolidated agent that reaches across all three. They do not calculate anything themselves; they call the same deterministic engines the platform runs, so every answer traces back to a number you can verify.

> Production Intelligence
> Book of Business Analyzer
> M&A
> Consolidated

The M&A agent ingests and retains diligence materials alongside the AMS data, so you can evaluate an acquisition with qualitative context unique to the acquired agency itself.

The consolidated agent works across both engines at once, connecting what production reported to what the book says should still come, so questions that span the two get answered in one place.
